Cabana.Inc ("we", "us", or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the mobile applications we develop and provide (collectively, the "Apps").

1. Our Policy

All data created within the Apps (such as timer plans) is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud (Apple's private database). No one other than you — including us — can access this data.

Please note that the free tier of some of our Apps displays advertising, and third-party advertising providers may collect information to serve those ads. See "5. Advertising" for details.

2. Location Information

Some of our Apps use your device's location solely to provide app features, such as measuring distance and pace. Regarding the use of location information, we promise the following:

• Location information is accessed only while you have granted permission and are actively using a feature that requires it
• Location information is used solely for the relevant feature, and all processing is completed on your device
• We do not store your location or your movement routes
• We do not send location information to any external server, nor share it with any third party
• Features that use location can be turned off within the App, in which case no location information is accessed at all

3. Notifications

The Apps may use notifications (local notifications) to inform you about app functions such as timer progress. Notifications are handled entirely on your device and do not pass through any external server. You can change notification permissions at any time in your OS settings.

4. Purchase Information

Payments for in-app purchases (such as subscriptions) are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We never receive your payment details, such as credit card information. For details on how Apple handles your information, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The free tier of some of our Apps displays in-app advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

• To serve and display ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, and information about your device. None of this information is shared with us
• If you allow tracking in the iOS "Allow Tracking" dialog, you will see personalized ads based on your interests. If you do not allow tracking, all app features remain fully available, and you will see non-personalized ads instead
• You can change your tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device
• No ads are displayed while you are subscribed to the paid plan

6. Third-Party Data Collection

Other than the advertising SDK described in the previous section, the Apps do not use any analytics tools or any other third-party data collection modules.

7. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed at any specific age group, and we do not collect personal information from any user, including children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as we add features to the Apps. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on this page. The updated Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
